The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with Technologies For Tomorrow, Inc. for item: Configured servers under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The integrity of the Program’s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands. As such, the potential for introduction of IA vulnerabilities is significantly higher.
