Scope of Work The City is seeking to purchase two (2) Jandy JXI400N Natural Gas Pool Heaters (No Substitutes) and have them installed at the City of Sunrise Welleby Pool located at 9605 West Oakland Park Blvd. The submitting vendor should be authorized to sell, licensed and insured to install and provide warranty repairs, for the product offered. Pricing submitted must be inclusive of all costs including freight, inside delivery, supplies and installation of the new pool heaters at the Welleby Pool and removal and disposal of the units being replaced. In addition, the awarded vendor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance, listing the City as additional insured under general liability, prior to coming on-site for installation.
