Newbury Hall Residence Elevator Replacement

Western Connecticut State University is seeking bid proposals for all labor and materials required to replace the two elevators in Newbury Residence Hall on 2 Eighth Avenue in Danbury. Generally the scope of work includes complete removal of the two existing piston elevators including cabs and all associated machinery and replacement with two new side traction, machine-room-less elevators. Elevator installation will require removal of existing elevator doors and surrounding concrete masonry wall to accommodate side traction elevator doors in new configuration.
