Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requirement for Software

This Request for Quote (RFQ), W91CRB-23-Q-5002, is for the procurement of brand-name only software in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the country of Estonia. All quotes are to be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) as defined under FMS Case EN-B-UFE. This effort will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract.This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.See attached solicitation for details of items being procured.
