Bid opening will be in Room 210 of the Garland County Court House. Outside of envelope should be marked: “Janitorial service for the GARLAND COUNTY GOVERNMENT BUILDING and COURTS BUILDING” Bid forms, specifications and instructions may be obtained at the County Judge’s Office. Bidders must bid on services at both buildings, but the bids may be submitted in the same envelope. Bids will be considered both together and individually for the buildings. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids, which, in the opinion of the County Judge, may be in the best interest of the County.
