Front Street 4th Floor Columbus, OH 43215 USA Description 1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving proposals until May 8, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. local time, for professional services for the Roadway – Material Testing and Inspection 2024 RFP. Proposals are being received electronically by the Department of Public Service, Office of Support Services via Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login. This project involves construction inspection services and materials testing for City of Columbus projects and may also be used for other projects for

which the City is providing construction inspection services and materials testing, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). All questions concerning the RFP are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be specified in the RFP; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login as an addendum. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services web site and all addenda will be posted on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login. The selected Consultant shall attend a scope meeting anticipated to be held on/about two weeks after proposals are due. The projected scope date will be specified in the RFP. If the Project Manager is not available, the Consultant may designate an alternate to attend in their place. 1.2 Classification: All proposal documents (Request for Proposal, reference documents, addenda, etc.) will be available for review and download on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login after the RFP is advertised.
