The estimated total design construction cost for this Project in 2024 is approximately $5,000,000. Other Details The Project will be delivered through the CMAR Design Phase and Construction Phase alternative project delivery process. The selected Contractor will be expected to enter into a separate Design Phase Services Agreement and Construction Phase Services Agreement which will be awarded at the Owner’s discretion. Contracted services and associated fees will be negotiated after a qualified Contractor is selected.
