This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124V18Q0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote(RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, effective 16 July 2018.
The proposed contract is 100% competitive set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 316210, with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
Business's shall propose a firm fixed price for 120 Warm Weather boots, 120 Cold Weather boots and 120 Extreme Cold Weather boots in accordance with the attached Statements of Work (SOWs) for each boot type. Quotes must contain enough detail, (Brochures, product detail) to support an evaluation of the item being provided can verify that it meets all the requirements of the SOW and any other requirement per this RFQ.
