Next Generation Vendor Information Portal (VIP)   The Department of Management Services is implementing the Next Generation Vendor Information Portal (VIP) which will go live on March 28, 2022. Beginning on that day, State of Florida agencies and eligible users will post advertisements previously posted on the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in the new VIP, and VBS will be used only to search for historical advertisements. No new advertisements or updates to existing advertisements should be completed after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, March 25, 2022. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a 12-month contract for the lump-sum sale of timber located at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center (CBJTC) through a Clearcut Timber Sale by the State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs.
