Seminole County Facilities Department is seeking proposals for updating the master plan study of a multi-building centralized and consolidated government campus at Five Points Complex in Sanford, Florida.BackgroundThe County has a large and diverse workforce located throughout the county, providing services from both County owned buildings as well as leased spaces.
