Process:-The Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) is seeking information that assist in verifying a Sole Source for Community Coordination – Homeless Service Agencies. In accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-2536, and the Arizona Administrative Code (“A.A.C.”) Section R2-7-E301, a Sole Source Procurement means a material or service procured without competition when; there is only a single source for the material or service, or no reasonable alternative source exists.
