WHITE AND YELLOW TRAFFIC PAINT 2024

SCOPEThis Estimated Quantity Contract is for the supply and delivery of non-coning traffic paint to the New Brunswick Department of Transportation, the Nova Scotia Public Works, and the Halifax Regional Municipality. This contract shall be in effect from April 8, 2024 to April 7, 2025 with the option to extend for one (1) additional year, if mutually agreed to by N.B.D.T.I. and N.S.D.T.I. and the successful bidder. This option must be exercised no later than January 11, 2025. If not mutually agreed by this date, the option for a second year is withdrawn. AWARD CRITERIA AND PRICINGThis contract will be awarded to the vendor submitting the lowest Unit Price Bid for White and Yellow Traffic Paint--to include shipping and delivery --which meets all requirements detailed within the Specification attached to this Invitation to Tender. Vendors must bid upon ALL Items to be considered for contract award. Partial bids will NOT be accepted. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended

Price' should NOT include taxes. A 'Total Including All Charges' should be detailed. Provide your Price per Litre for each individual item directly on the Invitation to Tender Form under the "Unit Price Including Discount" column.
