RFP#23-01 Supply of Interior and Exterior Signage Project Description :This request for proposals is seeking a qualified Signage Producer to fabricate interior and exterior signage and various mounting hardware for approximately 300 plus NOSM U teaching sites (“Partner Sites”) across Northern Ontario as detailed within this document. The existing signage is outdated, and no longer reflective of the University’s brand. The successful proponent will be responsible for manufacturing all signage prior to March 31, 2023, as well as the shipment of the signage and mounting hardware to all Partner Sites. NOSM U’s updated signage will maintain brand consistency and connect NOSM U and their Partner Sites. NOSM U has provided print-ready signage templates, which can be found in Appendix H, Appendix I, Appendix J, Appendix K, and Appendix L. The Successful Proponent shall incorporate the logo of NOSM U and each respective Partner Site. Please refer to Appendix G for NOSM U’s examples and a list of printing requirements; only the Successful Proponent will be provided with Partner Site logo. In addition to the above requirements, the Successful Proponent may be required to manufacture additional custom signage throughout the duration of the contract. Bonfire Link:
