is to enable the University of Central Florida (UCF) to enter into an agreement with a Supplier to provide implementation support to build an Enterprise Data Lake/Warehouse and Analytics cloud based solution in the Microsoft Azure cloud computing environment to support the university’s current and future data and reporting needs. UCF is a large metropolitan university that serves over 71,000 students and seeks to implement a solution that enhances data management, metadata, business intelligence and reporting, and advanced analytics activities to realize both the institution’s short- and long-range objectives for complex data analytics and data access. The project will require extensive experience implementing solutions such as this in large and diverse environments (higher education preferred) with large and diverse data sources, multiple levels of user needs, and complex reporting environments. The selected partner will gather, integrate, design, build, and implement the solution for various data sources including, but not limited to, Workday datasets, and PeopleSoft historical data from Human Resources, Financials, and Research. It is expected that the architecture must support descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive reporting and analytics needs. Data Project requirements, deliverables, and consultant responsibilities and deliverables are further defined in Section 4.0 of this ITN. The Successful Respondent, if any, will enter into a contract with UCF that provides for the performance of all terms and conditions set forth in this ITN, unless UCF has agreed to accept or negotiate certain terms and conditions, as described in Section 2.3.
