NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Human Resources Department is soliciting proposals for purchasing a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as County) for the purchase of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective Vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County. Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct branded site at Delta County BidNet Direct. Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached. The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.There is a MANDATORY pre-bid demonstration for this Proposal. All prospective vendors shall email Nicole Davenport or call her at 970-874-2457 to schedule a time. Demonstrations will take place on January 31 and February 1, 2024. A sign-in sheet will be kept of those vendors who provide a demonstration to Delta County. All prospective vendors who wish to submit and have their Proposal considered must give a demonstration.
