Contractor shall provide all necessary licenses, support, maintenance and professional services the Proquis Document Control Services for Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. Request for Quote (36C25018Q0679) will be issued on or around May 23, 2018. Anticipated award date is August 1, 2018 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored.
