Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source – HeinOnline Core Collection Plus Subscription

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to William S. Hein & Co., Inc. (UEI: Y879L3NDL3W7) for HeinOnline Core Plus Collections U.S. subscription product. This effort will provide the FCC Library HeinOnline’s exclusive content of the Congressional Record from 1873 to current, access the .pdf of the FCC Record, and 1st and 2nd Reports Series. The period of performance for the proposed contract action is a base period of 05/16/2023 – 05/15/2024 plus four (4), one-year option periods. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source., the contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. It is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Any challenges to this sole source requirement must be in writing and shall include sufficient information to enable the Government's needs as stated herein.
