payer credentialing and recredentialing services. . Texas A&M Health Science Center, is comprised of five primary schools [medicine, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, public health]. We combine our mission of education and clinical care through mentorship of an array of health sciences students including nurses, pharmacists, physicians and dentists. The Health Science Center aims to provide centralized administrative resources to support the growth of current and new clinical practices. The current clinical practice locations include: Family Medicine Clinics in Bryan/College Station with over 40,000 encounters and 500 office procedures annually. Women’s Care clinic in College Station with over 4,000 encounters. Family Medicine clinic in Navasota with 5000 encounters. Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences Clinic in Bryan/College Station with 6,600 encounters. Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic in Dallas with 3500 encounters and surgical procedures. Congruently, our clinical practices provide inpatient care and local hospitals and nursing homes within the community. School of Nursing offers mobile ambulatory services and plans to open several small rural health clinics in the future. We are seeking a reputable vendor partner to provide professional billing and collections services for our existing clinics. In addition, be able to progressively add new clinic locations, as the colleges continue to expand in this area. Congruently, we are seeking the same vendor to provide re-credentialing and credentialing services for existing faculty and staff clinical providers. At present, this total is 35 and growing. Individual practice payer mixes and additional metrics are available upon request. Because of the Health Science Center’s mission, we serve a large uninsured and Texas Medicaid population. As such, the vendor partner should have a relevant understanding of patient billing practices. Description Required to View Event Prerequisites Required to Enter Bid 22 November 2022 1.
