The Master Plan will be used by the City to determine how to best meet the future park and open space needs of its citizens through development, redevelopment, expansion, and enhancement of the City’s parks system, open spaces, trails, recreational facilities, and programs. The entire process, from data gathering to development of the Master Plan shall be based on identifying the values of the community and provide a clear vision for the City’s parks and open space.
