Jump down to: Addendums/ Questions & Answers/ Received Bids The NEW BEDFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Penthouse Roof Replacement at State Aided Development: New Bedford Hotel Apartments (667-3) in New Bedford, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by STUDIO UMBRA LLC. The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of roofing including weather barrier, insulation, pvc membrane, and all associated flashing and accessories. The work is estimated to cost $310,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 04/11/2024 at 6:00PM EDT for general bids.
