Our primary goal is to successfully implement a “State of the Art” automated and fully integrated parks and recreation management system for the Parks and Recreation Department and all supported personnel.   The OCPPA is seeking an organization with a proven history of success within the registration management information systems industry. The OCPPA’s intention is to purchase an off-the-shelf, open system standards-based package that requires little or no custom software development to meet the features and functions stated in this solicitation.
