Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source DISTRIBUTED ANTENNA SYSTEMS

The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, intends to award a firm fixed price, single-source contract to VISION TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration (on-site) for the list of equipment in Attachment 1 of the PWS. These units are located at the 673 Medical Group, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.The 673 Medical Group requires a maintenance and service agreement that provides all personnel, equipment, tools, test equipment, transportation, parts, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance and calibration (on-site) for the equipment listed in Attachment 1 of the PWS. The Period of Performance for the required services are as follows:Base Year: (1 Dec 22 - 30 Nov 23)Option Year 1: (1 Dec 23 - 30 Nov 24)Option Year 2: (1 Dec 24 - 30 Nov
