Learning Product Lifecycle Management RFI

The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential sources capable of providing the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) internal staff and external contracted vendors who develop courses and other learning products, a Software as a Service (SaaS) Learning Product Life Cycle Management solution. CDSE defines Learning Product Lifecycle Management as the capability to manage the life cycle of learning products from initiation to the end of the life cycle with learning product archival.This RFI is only requesting information on workflow and learning product management solutions to manage the learning product development lifecycle process in a cloud environment that is approved at a FedRAMP Plus (DISA IL4) level.
