Water, Industrial and Sanitary Sewer (IWS), Sewer Pipes, and Accessories

BACKGROUND: The purpose of this solicitation is to contract with Suppliers who will provide water, IWS, sewer pipes, and accessories to the Port of Seattle for 2023, and beyond, airfield projects as well as other water and sewer projects throughout the Port on an as needed basis. The Port intends toaward up to three (3) contracts to qualified Suppliers who are capable and willing to supply the Port’s needs to ensure sufficient material is on-hand to meet project needs. Award(s) will be made to the responsive, responsible Bidder(s) with the lowest prices in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Contract(s) will be for two (2) years with two (2) one-year renewal options. The water and sewer pipes and accessories are subject to the Buy American Act. It is not required to submit a Bid price for each item on this ITB to be considered responsive. Bidders will provide delivery dates for items ordered at the time the order is placed. Bidders may bid on all items or selected
