This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01, dated December 1, 2022.This solicitation is issued as unrestricted procurement. All interested vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The assigned NAICS code is 532412, Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The size standard for this NAICS code is $40,000,000. Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires nine (9) rental utility

trucks in support of the 249th Engineer Battalion, per attached Performance Work Statement.The 249th Engineer Battalion is conducting training at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA and Joint Base Cape Cod, MA from 27 April 2024 to 11 May 2024. The nine rental utility trucks are needed for this training. See attached Performance Work Statement.Contract Line Items: This requirement and associated contract line-item numbers (CLINs) is provided in the attached Excel Spreadsheet entitled Pricing Schedule. Basis for award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis solicitation on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of the responsible Offeror whose services meet the requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement.Offerors must submit the following documents for this solicitation: Offer using CLIN structure provided in the solicitation;A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary;Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.Offerors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at beta.sam.gov prior to award. Offerors are highly encouraged to download and review all attachments to this solicitation in beta.SAM.gov prior to submitting an offer.
