NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the County of Ontario will receive Proposals for Default Prevention Program for Delinquent Borrowers for Finger Lakes Community College (the College) (R24046). Such proposals must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, on or before 4:00 PM prevailing time, June 12, 2024.All questions pertaining to this RFP shall be forwarded in writing to the Director of Purchasing at the address shown above.The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.Scope of WorkFinger Lakes Community College is seeking proposals for a comprehensive default prevention program for delinquent borrowers that includes skip-tracing, three-way calling, emails, text messaging, and live agent campaigns. In addition, the vendor will provide access to dashboards and custom reports. A custom default prevention plan must also be included at no cost.The goal of this effort is to continue to maintain a low 3-year federal student loan cohort default rate. At any given time, we have approximately 1000 borrowers in each cohort. Many of which may be considered late/delinquent. These borrowers have loans serviced by various federal student loan
