Monthly Requirements: a.Dust and/or clean window blinds. b.Dust furniture, windowsills, cabinets, tables, and meeting c.Spot clean all carpets. d.Organize janitor closet and tidy supplies; sweep and damp mop closet floor. e.Spot clean walls, woodwork, and mopboards. f.Empty butt cans and trashcan outside front entrance and replace trashcan liner as needed. Quarterly Requirements: (January, April, July & October) a.Sweep cobwebs and dust light fixtures in entryways and lobby areas. Semi-Annual Requirements: (April and September) a.Scrub and re-coat (wax) firm surface floors with commercial floor finish (Tiled floors do not require wax). b.Clean all exterior and interior windows. Meeting Room a.Sweep and Mop the Foyer, restrooms, and kitchen. b.Vacuum the entrance carpet. c.Clean all toilets/sinks in restroom. d.Clean sink in kitchen. (If dishes are left in sink, remove dirty dishes and clean sink). e.Replace toilet paper (If rolls are empty. If they are low, leave them) f.Replace Paper Towels (If rolls are low, replace with new and put low roll on the top of dispenser) g.Empty trash in restrooms if full.
