Blueprint Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder Treatment Education and Training

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Vermont Health Access is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide comprehensive services for the organization, coordination, facilitation, and delivery of Blueprint-sponsored Mental Health (MH) and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment education and training. The Vermont Blueprint for Health (Blueprint) is a State-led, nationally-recognized initiative for transforming health care delivery and payments in order to create an integrated, accountable health system where resources promote wellness and communities work together towards achieving better health for everyone. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain proposals for procurement of services from a contractor on providing education and training organization, coordination, facilitation, delivery, additional support, and program evaluation services to improve MH and/or SUD to broaden the knowledge of Blueprint Community Health Team supervisors and staff, including care coordinators, social workers, registered dietitians, mental health support staff and MH/SUD clinicians, panel managers, masters level clinicians, health educators, providers, prescribers, family specialists, and psychologists at health care locations across the entire state of
