It is anticipated that DHS, OCIO and Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) Leadership and subject matter experts within DHS Headquarters (HQ) and its Components will present on several, valuable ECLIPS topics. The Industry Day agenda will include an overview of the in-development ECLIPS award structure, scope, and projected spend.
