The City of Concord is soliciting proposals for Construction Management and Materials Testing services for the following Capital Improvement Program (“CIP”) project: Monument Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation, PJ 2581. Construction Management and Materials Testing services to be performed generally includes providing construction contract administration and inspection services. The scope of the project is to pave Monument Boulevard from the City limits at the Walnut Creek Bridge to Detroit Avenue. The project also includes the installation/upgrades of curb ramps at intersections, minor concrete repairs, storm drain, adjustment of utilities, restriping, installation of high visibility crosswalks, conform work in private property, and all other work shown on the lans and as specified in the Special Provisions.
