The selected firm will be required to perform Engineering Assessments, Environmental Documentation, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Hydraulic Analysis (if needed), all Permits, Geotechnical Services, R/W Plan Development including R/W Abstracting, R/W Engineering and Staking (as needed), Utility Coordination, Design and Plan

Development, Pavement Design, and Construction Phase Services. INDOT will provide R/W Appraising and R/W Negotiations. Additional services may also be included if deemed necessary by INDOT. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date of this RFP item. The contract may utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
