considered adequate responses to a solicitation.The Oregon Air National Guard is performing market research to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience and knowledge required to perform; seismic upgrades, HVAC replacement/ improvements, roof replacement, ceiling replacement, gutters and downspouts, exterior lighting, interior reconfigurations/finishes, interior lighting, major renovations, technology systems added to renovated spaces, and install new plumbing and fixtures for an industrial commercial building at 116th ACS, Camp Rilea, Air National Guard Base, Warrenton, Oregon.Government Furnished Equipment will not be available for this effort. The contractor is responsible to provide all personnel, services, facilities, technical expertise and materials to accomplish disassembly, test, evaluation and disposal of all residual hardware, explosives, and material. This includes execution of all associated miscellaneous tasks.Project Magnitude: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which has a corresponding size standard of $36.5M.Interested firms are to complete pages 1-2 of the Sources Sought Information Request Form. In addition firms are encouraged to include the following information:(1) A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor.(2) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry.(3) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.This sources sought was previously posted May 2019.  Interested firms are encouraged to resubmit the information request form.Responses are requested to be submitted via e- mail to andrea.k.smothers.mil@mail.mil no later than 1000 Pacific Standard Time on 23 December 2019.
