2024 Brush and Lumber Grinding Project

The City of Yoakum is receiving sealed bids for “2024 STREET CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL BID” for the Public Works Department. Bid forms, specifications, and Standard Bidding Provisions are available by contacting the City Clerk, City Hall, 808 Hwy 77A South, PO Box 738, Yoakum, TX. 77995. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., Thursday, May 2, 2024 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and tabulated. The City of Yoakum reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bidding and to accept the bid or bids deemed most advantageous to the City. Theresa A. part of the bid. The price shall include all transportation charges fully prepaid to the City of Yoakum to the locations as described in the specifications. Bidders are notified of the City’s exemptions from otherwise applicable sales and excise taxes. The City of Yoakum reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding and accept the bid or bids deemed most advantageous to the City.
