Trades anticipated include drywall, mechanical, electrical, AV, fire protection, fire alarm, and finishes. Contractor must coordinate its work with ongoing day-to-day operations of an active office building. Other Details Notes Special Notices The District will provide insurance coverage through SEWUP, an Owner Controlled Insurance Program, or OCIP. Details will be included with the bid documents.
