Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide services to complete the changing of IGV Actuators on four Nuovo Pignone GE10/1 DLN gas turbines at the Springs Generation Facility. The City of Riverside is requesting all work to be performed as soon as possible excluding the summer peak period. Working hours will be from 0700 hours to 1930 hours. Other Details All prospective Companies are encouraged to attend the Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting on April 04, 2024 @ 9:30 am at City of Riverside/ Public Utilities - Springs Power Plant, 2221 Eastridge Avenue, Riverside, California 92507. Attendance is non-mandatory at the pre-proposal meeting. The meeting will begin promptly at the time listed above.
