NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION LAS 34227 ALAN PARKS Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following: APPLICANT: ALAN PARKS PROJECT NAME: LAS 34227 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Near the western shoreline of Peterson Bay in Kachemak Bay. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NW1/4 of Section 14, Township 7 South, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Placement and commercial use of a 20'x20' floating dock. PROPOSED DATES OF USE: Start: June 1, 2022 End: September 30, 2027 DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: August 10, 2022 The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.
