No exceptions to this will be permitted.All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.Brief Description of WorkThe work includes Sanitary Lines Upgrade and Replacement, Site Improvement & Minor Interior UpgradeThe project consists of replacing the sewer line system, soil remediation and associated civil work which will require the replacement of landscape around the site as outlined in the specifications and the drawings.Targeted interior work is required to accommodate the new sanitary lines into the unit as outlined in the specifications and the drawings.Consultant has applied for the building permit and the building permit is ready to be issued upon receiving the project specific Construction Fire Safety Plan and Temporary Fencing Plan as outlined in the specifications and the drawings.Prior to starting the work, contractor is responsible to obtain the building permit from the City of Port Coquitlam by providing; Construction Fire Safety Plan and Temporary Fencing Plan.Your submission MUST be submitted using the following method:Your submission MUST be submitted electronically through BC Bid.
