Successful vendor will be required to provide all equipment, labor, materials, delivery and warranty for a completed project as required herein. All questions regarding this solicitation must be asked in writing in BidSync or at a pre-quote site visit. Answers to all questions will be provided in BidSync. Only answers issued through the BidSync system or issued via an authorized and properly issued addendum shall be the official position of the SLCSD. A SLC School District purchase order will be issued to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder

This addendum answers questions and provides clarifications from the existing specifications and from the site visit held on 11/16/2022. Also included in this addendum is a drawing that provides additional information and detail. Both documents are included in Attachment A01A to this solicitation. 2. This addendum also includes the addition of Add Alternate #1. This includes a Flomec QS200-30 ultrasonic flow sensor and a WeatherTrak Flowlink WTFL-XT; with associated valve boxes, installation, and set-up. See irrigation schedule sheet LI101. Install per manufacturer recommendations. A second line item has been added in the line-item section to provide a separate price for this add-alternate. DO NOT include the add-alternate price in your primary bid price. Doing so may cause your primary bid price to be incorrectly high. 3. No change is made to the closing date/time for this solicitation.
