Preventive Maintenance to include: This plan would cover all telephone support, all parts, and recommended preventative maintenance. Labor time, travel time, and expenses are covered during normal business hours only. Plan shall include remote tele diagnostics for troubleshooting instrumentation with modem access. BUS. HRS. COVERAGE is 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday.

After hours, holidays, and weekends, will not be covered. The term of this contract is 12 months. BackgroundThe equipment listed above is used to produce sterile media in petri dishes for internal and external customers Diagnostic testing. Many customers rely on out quality media for their testing.Contractor RequirementsTechnical Requirements / TasksThe maintenance (USDA/APHIS/NVSL requires is to make sure everything is working efficiently, to, replace any worn out sensors, and seals as needed, and annual calibration of temperature probes.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
