The attached RFP includes the technical specifications, as well as all Proposer Instructions , Sample Contract, and applicable terms and conditions.Procurement Instructions:Prospective Proposers are requested to submit written questions to the Contract Specialist, via email, by: February 12, 2018, by 2:00 p.m. Responses will be shared with all prospective proposers, via Addenda.
The Schedule for the Procurement is as follows:

Submittal Info:PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: To be considered, one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposals must be received by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at AC Transit, 1600 Franklin Street, Purchasing Department, 6th Floor, Oakland, CA 94612, Attn: Jeanet A. Moore, Contracts Specialist. Additional submittal requirements are outlined in the RFP.
If mailed or delivered, the Proposal must be mailed/delivered in sufficient time to reach the address stated above by the specified date/time. Proposals received after the deadline or delivered to a different location will not be accepted. Faxed or electronic Proposals will not be accepted.
