The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W52P1J-20-R-3006 for White Phosphorus (WP). This solicitation will result in a 5 year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Under the authority at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-3, this procurement is restricted to authorized distributors of White Phosphorus produced by Monsanto within the U.S., it’s outlying areas, and Canada.
