99--Notice of Intent

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Stewart Signs, Inc. One Sign, One Company under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.To upgrade outside LED Sign for the BIE-Ft. Wingate High School. This LED Signage has communication issues between the end-user device that creates and pushes the media display to the LED Signage, and this is why it is necessary that we use the same company and their product for the replacement. Based on historical information, Stewart Signs is the original vendor that did install the LED signage for Wingate High School. Stewart Signs are the only distributor and/or the provider of their brand name products. They are a manufacturer, they custom built the orders in their manufacturing plant and no third party or reselling.The anticipated delivery is May 31, 2023.No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
