Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Services: Suicide Prevention Department: Behavioral Health and Recovery Services RFP Number: 080-22 Start Date: 12/20/2022 Close Date: 01/27/2023 2:00 PM This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to identify qualified Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) service providers. The purpose of the RFP is to identify qualified PEI providers and fund those that meet the most MHSA and stakeholder driven goals. Please see Request for Proposal for more information Vendors must submit two (2) copies of their proposal: one (1) complete paper copy with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on flash drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. MH-080-22”, and delivered by 5:00 p.m. January 27, 2023 to: Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Attn: Rena Ford 1120 S.
