The intent of this project is to retrofit the existing lighting with high efficiency LED products that are either Design Lights Consortium (DLC) or Energy Star rated products, including, but not limited to, hardwired integrated LED retrofits for troffers. LED tubes, T8 LEDs and T8 LED tubes will not be considered. No LED retrofits for troffers that integrate or use the existing
