Lake Carolyn Promenade Project, Phase IV (Rebid

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to install complete in place approximately 1,865 linear feet of promenade, sidewalk, walk and ramp pavement, retaining walls, architectural pergola, safety railing, lighting/electrical, benches and litter receptacle, irrigation, trees and turf grass to complete this project in the City of Irving. The project is located at 600 Promenade Parkway, Irving, Texas 75039. Please see the DART License Procedures attachment for DART requirements associated with this project.
