The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) to obtain fixed price proposals from suppliers specializing in providing web-based and cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) grants management systems ("System"). The System shall be a fully operational, turnkey Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) system that manages the complete life-cycle of our grants. The supplier shall also provide customization options, training, and user documentation for the System. Process
