Notice of solicitation and award of a sole source procurement under FAR Part 13.106-1 to Open Software Technologies to provide a 1 year subscription renewal for RexxTools/MVS Basic Services and Dynamic SQL Components. Other than Full and Open justification is attached to this notice. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the Government has negotiated directly with Open Software Technologies. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers.
