INVITATION TO BID Project: Bellevue College Building B Classroom & Labs Renovation Bid Date: October 5, 2020 @ 12:00 PM Estimated Contract Value $2,500,000 Estimated Start Date PCL Construction Services, Inc will be submitting a bid as a Prime Contractor. We are seeking Small Business and Minority Contractors to provide services for this construction opportunity. Scope of work includes: Site mobilization to include temporary protection including but not necessarily limited to setting pedestrian barricades and building protection. Abatement and selective demolition and removal of the identified components and systems within the existing building. Installation of new walls, doors, hardware, storefronts, specialties, and finishes. Installation of new built-in institutional and laboratory casework and fittings. Installation of new MEP systems including new plumbing, HVAC upgrades, new power and lighting systems, modifications to existing fire sprinklers and alarm systems, new telecommunications security, and audio-visual infrastructure systems, Cleaning and removal of all waste, debris, and temporary protection Preparation and completion of close-out documentation.
