The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to establish a Purchase Order (PO) on a sole source bases with Dynamic Controls Inc., 2310 Ball Drive, St Louis, MO 63146 for Genetec LPR Camera materials, installation and maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirements of Genetec LPR Camera materials, installation and maintenance may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demonstrate existing capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency.
