Sewage Treatment Plant Replacement Project, Mabou NS The work generally includes but is not limited to the provision of labour, materials and equipment for this Sewage Treatment Plant Replacement project. Work included under this project consists of the construction of a new SBR treatment plant using pre-selected process technology, all concrete
tankage, site grading, control building construction, mechanical installations and yard piping, electrical installations and appurtenances. Demolition of the existing STP after commissioning of

the new plant is also to be included in the scope of work.
Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of 10 % of the bid amount, or a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 % of the bid amount and a Consent of Surety for the required fifty percent (50%) Performance Bond and fifty percent (50%) Labour and Materials Bond.
The Municipality of the County of Inverness reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, not necessarily accept the lowest tender, or to accept any tender which it may consider to be in the best interest of the Municipality. The Municipality also reserves the right to waive formality, informality or technicality in any tender.
